Job Summary: The Healthcare Administrator II role involves directing and managing medium to large medical facilities or units. You will lead operational planning, human resource management, and quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of medium to large healthcare facilities or units.
- Lead strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and staff coordination.
- Implement and monitor healthcare quality standards and evaluate service outcomes.
- Manage personnel recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Handle administrative tasks, including designing forms and managing records.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Significant experience in managing large healthcare facilities or units.
Skills:
- Knowledge of healthcare management principles.
- Proficiency in administrative systems such as word processing and records management.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Special Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration is desirable for some roles.
Work Environment:
- Hands-on role, which may involve standing for long periods, lifting patients, and assisting with patient mobility.
