Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist RNs and physicians in providing patient care.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collect lab samples.
- Support wound care, injections, and IV therapy as needed.
- Educate patients on managing chronic illnesses and treatment plans.
- Document medical records and communicate patient progress with healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in Ohio.
- CPR certification.
- Background check clearance.
- Compliance with vaccination and TB test requirements.
