Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Various Health Department Facilities)
Schedule: Regular (8 AM – 5 PM), Late (5 PM – 9 PM), Weekends & Holidays

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves providing direct patient care in clinic, school health, and home settings while ensuring high-quality medical support and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in clinical, school health, and home environments.
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as per physician instructions.
• Assess patient conditions, maintain accurate medical records, and update electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and self-care.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and administer first aid when needed.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse License in Ohio.
• CPR certification (required).
• Hepatitis B, TDAP, and MMR vaccinations compliance.
• TB Test (PPD or Chest X-ray).
• Ability to pass a background check.
